The Faculty of Psychology at Chulalongkorn University, with support from the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth), has launched the “Enhancing and Expanding the Online Mental Health Consultation System and Referral Network Project”, known as Here to Heal Phase 2. This initiative builds on the success of Phase 1, which provided mental health consultations to over 3,401 individuals through messaging services, with mental health volunteers offering basic emotional support online. The project also established a referral network for mental health services, organized mental health promotion activities, provided mental health education, and developed a mental health referral system.
In Here to Heal Phase 2, the Faculty of Psychology is committed to enhancing the primary mental health consultation system through its online platform, the Mental Health Online Service (MOS), making it more comprehensive. This service will address basic mental health inquiries, offer primary psychological consultations, and facilitate seamless referrals by connecting with mental health service networks across all regions. Additionally, the project aims to build the capacity of volunteers and expand the network of mental health consultants nationwide, increasing public access to free mental health services.
