Biography
Arpapond’s interest in psychology started out during her undergraduate and graduate education at the faculty of psychology, Chulalongkorn University since 2003. After graduation, she worked as a playgroup leader in kindergartener’s extracurricular activities focused on social and emotional learning for preschoolers, a parent trainers, as well as a part-time lecturer in many universities. Those times were the times she noticed that children and young adults varied in their preferences to perceive and process surrounding stimuli, resulting in different treatments from their environment, thus their well-being. Arpapond, a highly sensitive person (HSP) herself, aims to bring more understanding of the trait to the public through collaborations via this line of research so that HSP can not only survive but thrive in their environment.
