Biography
Prapimpa Jarunratanakul is a lecturer in the Basic and Applied Social Psychology Program at Chulalongkorn University, Faculty of Psychology, where she has been a faculty member since 2014. She is currently a Chairperson of M.A. Program in Basic and Applied Social Psychology with research expertise in applying core concepts and theories in the field of social-organizational psychology to address social issues in the work contexts. From 2014-2017, she served as a Director of Center for Psychological Assessment. She has collaborated actively with organizational practitioners in developing psychometric tools for personnel selections and investigating risk behaviors in decision making in the work group contexts.
