Admission Requirements to JIPP
Thai Central Admission System (TCAS68)
Please register in the Thai Central Admission System (TCAS) system.

• Applicant qualifications
- Applicant must be at least 16 years of age by May of the year of enrollment at Chulalongkorn University.
- Transcript, Have completed, or be presently enrolled in their final year of secondary school, the equivalent of Mathayom 6 (grade 12 in the US system or year 13 in the British system) OR GED as an equivalent study at high school (M6) will be also taken into consideration
- A Foreign/Uncertified High School Diploma must request for a Certificate of Equivalency (https://hsces.atc.chula.ac.th) For students applying with GED, AP, IB, OR other Qualifications from Abroad,
- Entry Requirement: Applicants must attain the minimum score in English Proficiency Tests and Academic Aptitude tests. (NEW)

- M6 Transcript OR other with Equivalence Certificate
- English Proficiency Tests, An applicant must submit a score from one of the following English tests:
- TOEFL iBT (Internet-Based Test) with a minimum score of 88 (With a minimum score of 19 for Listening, Reading, Speaking, and 21 for Writing) Send Score Report via College Board to JIPP Code: 7203; OR
- IELTS with a minimum score of 6.5 (With a minimum score of 6.0 in each sub-band) Please contact the test center to send the Score Report (electronic copy) to JIPP; OR
- CU-TEP (Not including speaking) with a minimum score of 104

- Academic Aptitude tests, applicants must submit a score from one of the following tests:
- SAT (Math and Evidence-Based Reading and Writing) with a minimum score of 1200
Send Score Report via College Board to JIPP Code: 7433; OR - CU-AAT (Academic Aptitude Test of Chulalongkorn University)
by achieving the total score from the Verbal Section and Math Section with a minimum score of 1030

How to apply for JIPP application 2025
Before applying to the JIPP program through the online portal, applicants must prepare the following documents: (1) transcripts or equivalent qualifications, such as M6 transcripts, (2) English proficiency test scores, such as CU-TEP, IELTS, or TOEFL, and (3) attitude test scores, such as SAT or CU-AAT scores.
Please note that for IELTS, TOEFT and SAT scores, applicants must request the test center or College Board to send the electronic scores directly to JIPP.
The Cost of the Application
Application Fee, The fee is 1,000 Baht per application.
Selection Criteria for Admission (100%)
The final score will be determined by the following weights: (NEW)

- English Proficiency: IELTS (Academic) or TOEFL (internet-based) or CU-TEP (not including speaking) 25%
- Attitude Test: SAT (Math & Evidence-Based Reading and Writing) or CU-AAT (Math section and Verbal section) 50%
- Onsite Interview: 25%
