อาจารย์ ดร.เจนนิเฟอร์ ชวโนวานิช

ประวัติ

Jennifer Chavanovanich received her Ph.D. in Cross-Cultural Psychology from Brunel University, London, UK, where she completed her dissertation on acculturation of employees in Thailand and England. In 2019, she joined the faculty of psychology, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, as a lecturer. Her research interests focus on cross-cultural I/O psychology including acculturation, diversity, and work attitudes and behaviors in organizations. Her current research projects also examine topics on homelessness, sexual harassment in workplace and online trolling.
